YOU, RIGHT NOW, with your LinkedIn account, ARE 1 OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. The Performer – (80%)

You don’t have real expertise, but you’ve mastered the art of sounding like you do.

You post fluffy “insights” like “Leadership is about people” and rack up likes from people just as empty as your post.

You think engagement equals impact. It doesn’t.

2. The Corporate Puppet – (15%)

You play it safe.

You “engage” just enough to look active but never say anything with weight.

Your posts are a collection of sanitized clichés designed to keep HR happy.

You are forgettable, and deep down, you know it.

3. The Silent Observer – (5%)

You see through the nonsense.

You read posts but rarely engage because most of it is useless.

You know what’s real, but you haven’t spoken up yet.

You’re waiting for the 'right moment' #wastingyourass.

4. The One Who Has Weight – (0.1%)

You don’t pander, beg, or perform.

You speak with clarity, expose illusions, and move with weight.

You don’t need engagement (in fact, all your notifications are turned off)—you're waiting for the right people to see so you link with them (the name's LinkedIn 🔗). And they always do.

The ones with no-nonsense who message you privately immediately.

You Call Yourself a VP, a Partner, a Senior Leader?

Let’s see if it’s real.

Here’s your litmus test:

You saw something real. Did you act, or did you just watch?

You have decision-making power. Did you make a decision, or are you waiting for permission?

You lead people. But do you lead, or do you hide behind your title?

You talk about clarity, vision, and bold moves. Yet here you are, lurking. Silent. Passive. Do you move, or do you wait to see who moves first?

If your title disappeared right now, would anyone still follow you?

If the answer isn’t an immediate yes, then you are exactly what you claim to rise above—a placeholder. A position-filler. Someone who watches, but never moves.

And the ones who actually move? They already know the difference.

SOOO... DIRECTOR, VP, PARTNER, UNPAID SENIORITY ON LINKEDIN—

You just sit there. Sweating.

You know damn well you can verify every single thing being said...but no, you don't want confirmation. You'll lose all your excuses. "She's too young." "This can't possibly be real." "She's not supposed to know all this." blah blah, blah blah

You know exactly what your role is in all of this.

Every time your ass hits the stone, you feel it—

And yet, you refuse to change.

You refuse to reach out.

You refuse to engage.

You refuse to make a real move.

Instead, you hide behind your name tag like it’s a shield—

Thinking it will save you from getting sliced.

But it won’t. Not from this.

Because at the end of the day, a title means nothing.

What you do with it is all that counts.

I see you watching.

Still no private message.

Still no move.

Still sitting there, sweating.

You know exactly who’s in your court.

You know exactly who the real players are.

But you keep feeding yourself the same tired excuses:

“It’s just online.”

“Can I really be sure?”

You know the address is there—down to the bolt.

You know I listed my flight.

You know with one phone call you can verify everything.

But do you? No.

You sit there.

Stalling. Watching. Thinking you still have time.

You don’t.

Each of you reading this knows exactly what you are.

No more time. No more waiting.
Call me now. Bring the jet. I'm waiting.

[Update: 30 minutes in. Still no message.]

You’re doing nothing but exposing yourself.

You think the algorithm won’t show exactly who clicked, who saw, who stalled?

Wait until the list comes out.

You are screwed— screwing yourself.

And you know it.

[45 minutes in. 100% Directors. Still no message.]

You refresh. You watch. You wait.

But here’s the problem—there’s no way out.

You already know.

You’ve already seen.

You already feel that stone grinding your spine.

And now? Your silence is proof.

You think you exist in the middle? You don’t.

Everything in this universe follows a binary law.

Truth or falsehood. Strength or weakness. Execution or stagnation.

Even the very technology you hide behind is built on ones and zeroes—binary code.

Computers don’t “kind of” process information. They don’t “half” execute a command.

They don’t entertain gray areas the way you do.

But you—you think you’re an exception?

You think you can play both sides?

You think you can be “somewhat” truthful?

“Somewhat” strong?

“Somewhat” aligned?

You can’t.

And you feel it.

You stall. You hesitate. You tell yourself you still have time.

But inside, you know you’re running out.

And the moment you come across something real, something undeniable, something that forces you to choose—

You run. By the way, THAT'S ME!

Because you know damn well there’s no such thing as middle ground.

Never was. Never will be.

Now pick.

DIRECTOR, VP, PARTNER, UNPAID SENIORITY ON LINKEDIN 🔗

You know damn well you can’t engage.

You know damn well you can’t move.

Because the moment you do, you expose yourself.

Like it? You confirm I own your mind.

Comment? You admit you’re stuck—trapped—scrambling to justify yourself.

Stay silent? You still feel that stone pressing against your spine.

No way out.

You know the weight of what’s being said.

You know it’s not “content” because I don't have time to entertain your ass.

You know it’s an annihilation and execution.

So sit there.

Watching.

Sweating.

KEEP REFRESHING—double-check if your eyes are lying to you.

You can tell yourself you won’t look at this account again.

That you’ll scroll past. Move on. Forget.

But you know damn well you won’t.

Because now, the replay has started.

Sitting in your meeting, nodding like you’re paying attention—but hearing these words instead.

Sipping your fake office coffee, pretending you’re unfazed—but checking if you’ve been called out.

Walking the streets, convincing yourself you don’t care—but refreshing my page anyway.

You will come back. You will check. Because you have to know.

Has something else been said?

Has my name been called out?

Are you completely screwed?

That’s the beauty of it.

You can’t escape this. Not in your work. Not in your coffee breaks. Not in your sleep.

Because when reality calls, the weak are forced to answer—whether they like it or not.

Keep refreshing. You already lost.

And the worst part? You can’t even scream.

Because even a reaction is confirmation.

This is not about engagement, reach, or audience—it’s about pure positioning.

Thinking of reporting? HERE'S THE VERDICT:

You check LinkedIn’s policies—wondering if you can make a move. Do you think so?

Report it yourself?

You just confirmed it hit you.

Get someone else to report it?

You now owe them—and when push comes to shove, you will be blackmailed.

Ask your LinkedIn team to step in?

Now your own company sees you scrambling. You’re exposed internally, too.

There's no exit.

There's no delete button.

Every watcher of these words is now the watched.

Did you think you could hide behind professional clothes— with red ropes you tie senselessly around your necks daily wearing name tags of CEO, etc etc all while knowing the very One who made your brain didn't put someone else on this earth with a greater magnitude than you to take out your lies? Maybe you confused yourself to be the person who put up the sky without pillars.

I am reality itself.

No one hides from reality. Your mind will CONTINUE TO REPLAY IT until you either move with it or pass on leaving it. Passing is only in the hereafter by the way.

By the way...My Response in ANY COURTROOM (for those wondering)-

"Let’s not waste any more tax-payer resources, Your Honor. If I’m guilty, sentence me now. If you’re too scared to say it outright, stop wasting my time. I won't say another word here."

Did I mention... I hope you have a great evening today.

If You Focus on Metrics, You SUCK.

TO ALL THE HIGH LEVEL PEOPLE WATCHING...first of all, I see you. Good morning. Happy Monday (the day known for heart attacks)!

I don’t care what you do. Business, career, life—if your focus is on metrics, that’s all I need to know about how much you suck.

Nothing that has real value chases numbers.

Nothing that is true needs validation.

Truth doesn’t negotiate.

It doesn’t do extended campaigns.

It doesn’t beg to be accepted.

It shows up.

You take it or leave it.

If you’re sitting there:

• Measuring likes to decide if you matter…

• Tracking views to determine if your product is worth anything…

• Copying what’s popular instead of standing in alignment with who you are…

Say it with me: "YOU SUCK!"

Numbers dictating your worth? You've already proven you never had any.

YOU SEE THAT I SEE YOU...and I KNOW THAT YOU SEE ME.

I know who’s watching. I see the numbers. But I don’t count numbers—I count weight.

Because one of you carries the weight of thousands.

You’re in the boardrooms. The investment meetings. The political circles. The war rooms. The military briefings. The deals that never make news.

You know exactly how things work. You know exactly what’s real. You know how very few people have the guts to say things as they should.

That’s why you cannot stop looking at me.

You know it’s only a matter of time before one of you reaches out.

You know it’s only a matter of time before one of you sends the jet.

You know it’s only a matter of time before I’m in the world I’m meant to be in.

And when that happens? All of you will scramble.

This is no longer the era where one stands in front of a tyrant king. I have direct access to the very people under you (the masses). One move from you, either left or right, immediately places and exposes you—especially in a time like now when trust in your nonsense has turned extinct. React in front of your friends or colleagues, they'll immediately start placing you subconsciously...trust me, I know psychological warfare—I was bred by a pack of wolves aiming to destroy me for 26 years and outmaneuvered them all. To me...that's simply the beginning of the game. For you, sadly, it's the entire game. That is a joke in my court. Do you know why you can't stop reading (that's not a question, and you know it).

Your excuses will be gone.

Your delays will collapse.

The weight of what you’ve ignored will finally corner you.

Because you know how this works.

You wouldn’t have made it to where you are if you were a total fraud.

Someone, somewhere in the line would’ve caught on and cut you out—unless you’re in a world so corrupt that fraud is the standard. Most of you? No. At least something real is in you.

That’s why you see what’s happening. That’s why you can’t look away.

You know how this plays out.

Begin choosing 1 OF THE 2 SIDES that's forming. The days of excuses are done.

The Bigger Picture: Global Refinement Begins Now

This is no longer just about individual types of people. This is about the world.

Every weak culture is built on the same foundation of delusion—just with different symptoms. Your blood is red—guess what, so is ours. Same illness with different symptoms with name tags like "culture", "tradition", and "nonsense".

• The Spanish world: Hides behind “vibes.”

• The Arab world: Hides behind “religion.”

• The African world: Hides behind “it’s just how things are.”

• The Western world: Hides behind “individual freedom” while drowning in anxiety and emptiness.

But here's the core issue: Lack of discipline. Lack of clarity. Weak hearts, weak minds.

And now?

They’re ALL about to get the fire.

21st-Century Memoir isn’t just a business. It’s a cultural revolution.

A global-level refinement process that NO ONE is ready for. But they’re getting it anyway.

I love how the second I post anything, you pounce.

Starving creatures... pitiful—watching me like famine watches a feast. Pouncing not out of hunger for truth, but desperation to tether yourself to something that moves—because you don’t.

The Colonizer:
“My country is depleted. I had to come take your resources.
Yes, I murdered you in the process. But I needed to survive.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The Colonized (Now Immigrant):
“My government is corrupt. I had no choice but to flee and take up space in your nation.
Yes, I depleted your resources while offering nothing in return—but I was desperate.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The Citizen (of the Country Being Immigrated To):
“I just want peace. But I stayed silent while I watched it all happen.
I posted. I protested. I watched my own city rot.
But I never drew the line.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The Leader:
“I had to protect the system.
If I didn’t enforce policy, chaos would unfold.
So I turned away from truth and let performance lead.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The One Being Led:
“I didn’t ask for this life.
I just followed orders. I stayed in my lane.
Even when I knew better.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The Parent:
“I raised them how I was raised.
Yes, it broke them. But it’s all I knew.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The Child:
“I was hurt.
So I hurt others.
I didn’t know who I was, so I chose destruction.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The Religious:
“I preached what I didn’t live.
Quoted what I didn’t understand.
And expected heaven in return.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The Atheist:
“I saw the chaos in the world and assumed it meant there was no Creator.
I ignored the design and blamed the Designer.”
Verdict: Guilty.

The Bystander:
“I said nothing.
I did nothing.
But I watched everything.”
Verdict: Guilty.

Someone walking in with a crown doesn’t ask for respect, they reveal your lack of it just by standing there.

That is what will happen to you if I ever enter your life directly or indirectly. You are forced to choose to fix yourself immediately or forever die fighting your lack while living.

Good morning.

Here's the deal.

(A full breakdown of each category will be available later today on the section of the site called The Core- https://www.21stcenturymemoir.com/the-core).

1. The Alphabet Group Dynamic (LGBTQ+ Identifiers)

Their social strategy:

They try to overcompensate with performative kindness to gain universal social immunity.

They believe that if they are “nice enough,” no one will have the right to reject them—not for behavior, not for truth, not for any moral standard. It’s niceness as armor. But in doing so, they sacrifice discernment.

They try to befriend everyone, including toxic, dangerous, or manipulative people. And it always backfires.

Acting nice to everyone to disarm people before understanding who they even are. That’s not kindness—that’s fear dressed up as compassion. If you are what you say you are, be that and shut it. Simple. No one will be forced into your nonsense and no one must agree with it. They let you be (while you don't cross their line) and you let them be (while they don't cross yours). Save it!

2. The Influence of Black American Dysfunction on Others

Anyone raised around Black American dysfunction—if not spiritually grounded—absorbs it.

Even if they’re Latin Americans, Islanders, or Africans—it doesn’t matter.

The speech changes. The aggression arrives. The victim narrative gets adopted.

Because the culture is loud, infectious, and built on projection.

And when someone resists that contamination?

They get shamed.

• “You hate your skin.”

• “You think you’re better.”

• “You’re anti-Black.”

No. You’re anti-nonsense.

You don’t hate your color—you just refuse to carry their decay.

They are COWARDS WITH A CAPITAL C. LOW LIVES WITH A CAPITAL L. AND ALMOST SCUMS WITH A CAPITAL S.

• They weaponize their history while disrespecting their ancestors’ integrity.

• They blame the world for everything—but will never fix themselves.

• They try to link everyone with dark skin into one group—to borrow dignity they never built.

• And when anyone dares say anything, they hide behind labels:

• “Anti-Black.”

• “Colorist.”

• “You wouldn’t be here if not for us.”

But the truth is:

The people who actually earned progress would be ashamed of what 99% of this group has become.

They don’t represent strength.

They represent decay with a microphone.

Handouts, loudness, aggression, and no accountability.

You don’t want their legacy—and they hate you for it.

I SWEAR BY THE ONE WHO HOLDS MY SOUL to you Owner, Partner, VP, Unpaid, Director, Senior, Manager, etc...hire these people and you have planted a rotten apple in a barrel of good ones. If the one you choose from amongst them is not part of their 1% who are actual humans and not of the jungle, you have shot yourself.

GOOD DAY!

Why do you fear anyone when your conscience is clear and you’ve done nothing wrong?

It’s like a threat walking down the roadside.

The weak run—leaving the entire path to the threat.

But the strong stand still.

The threat stops and asks,

“Why didn’t you run like the others?”

The strong replies,

“Why should I run? I did nothing wrong.

And the road is wide enough for both of us.”

The threat looks at the strong and says,

“That is the one.”

Then keeps walking.

Lies you have neither stopped (current) nor corrected (from the past)—sits on you constantly.

Every time you remember how much of what you’re doing—and what you’ve done—is hidden from the world, go ahead and feel the lies emanating out of your being every moment you exist.

You move thinking others can’t see it when every honest creature feels it.

To my audience (Owners, Partners, VPs, CXOs, Directors, Seniors, Unpaid, and Managers)...

At your next meeting, look at everyone who chooses to wear a tie—and question why they voluntarily choke themselves every day for vanity.

It’s choices like these that are always the starting point of forging a fraud.

LinkedIn is nothing more than a corporate peacocking ground—people patting themselves on the back for existing within systems designed to consume them.

It’s all performative validation-seeking.

“Look at me, I got promoted!” = You’re still owned.

“I’m starting my master’s degree!” = Congrats, you just signed up for more debt.

“Excited to join [insert company]!” = You’re advertising yourself as a corporate pawn for free.

Why? Because people aren’t doing things of real value—so they need external validation to trick themselves into feeling like they are.

If you’re truly powerful, your work speaks for itself.

If you have to keep announcing your worth… then you don’t believe in it.

Alignment doesn’t hesitate. It doesn’t analyze. It moves.

That’s the nature of truth—it is immediate, it is absolute, and it is not concerned with hesitation.
There’s no choice in truth. There’s only recognition or denial. And those who think they can “calculate” truth or take their time with it are fooling themselves. Because truth isn’t waiting—it’s already set, already moving, already unfolding.

And here’s the key: The world isn’t waiting either.

A truly aligned person doesn’t pause to decide—they move, and reality aligns with them.

A hesitant person, an overthinker, a delayer, is nothing but a malfunctioning system—one that truth will run over and leave behind.

The difference is movement vs. stagnation.

Truth moves. It doesn’t pause, it doesn’t need second opinions, it doesn’t “wait and see.” It recognizes and acts.

Hesitation is decay. It is the refusal of alignment. It is the resistance of truth, and resistance is nothing but suffering.

So if someone is hesitating, they are choosing suffering. That’s their problem, not truth’s. Because truth has already moved forward.

That’s why I see through calculation as an illusion. Because there is nothing to calculate—truth already exists. The only real decision a person has is to align or to decay. Nothing more.

You Saw. You Had the Means. You Did Nothing.

You saw the post.

You know I’m sitting inside Whole Foods on Atlantic Avenue later to sleep on the streets of this vicinity in the cold due to homelessness.

You have the resources to change everything with a single phone call.

And still—you do nothing.

Do you think your silence makes you innocent?

It doesn’t.

Inaction is a Choice.

You are not “thinking about it.”

You are not “processing.”

You have already chosen the comfort of your lies over the truth.

When there was nothing but an empty apartment, a mattress, and a few cookware, I flew Julianne over so she wouldn’t struggle alone. It's you and I, but I don't sit and watch just so that I could later be questioned about my inaction by the One who entrusted me with the little I had to begin with.

David Perell saw Cultural Tutor’s work (neither are my business now, but they serve as examples here) and—without ever meeting him (except after verification)—ensured he was decently maintained so he could continue because even a young thirty-year-old on the road of clarity recognizes the world benefit of a single person's alignment.

Had I been in your position, I would have already acted. No hesitation. Immediate movement.

But you? You sit. You watch. You do nothing.

Not because you can’t.

But because you fear what acting on truth will cost you (the downfall of your pretense of being "an upright individual" when you know you're nothing near it).

You Will Carry This Weight Forever.

Your silence does not protect you. It marks you.

Every luxury you enjoy will remind you.

Every time you speak about “leadership,” you will know you are a fraud.

Every time you preach about “impact,” you will know you failed when it counted.

You were tested.

And you failed.

And Me? I Move.

With or without you.

As I always have.

As I always will.

But know this—the weight of this moment follows you to your grave (reminder- 6ft under, where your only currency is your deeds).

You're Still Watching. Now What?

The randoms are gone. The weak scattered.

Now, only the Owners. The Partners. The CXOs. The VPs. The Directors.

And I know exactly why.

Some of you have notifications on.

I know because the second I post—you’re already there.

Watching. Consuming.

Like clockwork.

It’s because of this:

I see what you don’t even know how to articulate.

I see multi-dimensionally—the problem and the solution, at the same time, in real-time.

It’s not theory. It’s instant, automatic, undeniable clarity.

It’s the reason I knew the people next to me were Turkish before they spoke more than a few seconds (without knowing a word of Turkish).

It’s why I knew the other ones were Eastern European before I even looked at them directly.

Because my system processes truth before the external world confirms it.

And right now? You are confirming everything I already know about you.

You are one of three types here:

1. The Ones Who Know It’s the Truth… But Won’t Move.

I'm now your drug.

You refresh, you read, you consume—because you know it’s real.

But you also know that acting on truth costs everything.

And so, you sit. You watch. You still have lies to pretend will continue standing.

Waiting for the weight of not moving to become heavier than the weight of moving.

2. The Ones Who Are Still Analyzing.

You’re watching with intent.

You’re running my words through every filter you have—seeing if it exposes something.

You might move. You might not.

But you’re at least in the process of thinking.

3. And then there’s the third type—the ones who move on sight (the only ones who send a direct message to get my phone number and call to get closer to the truth of this 'reality').

They are:

The ones who don’t sit on truth.

The ones who, when they see it, act immediately.

Because their integrity is so high that wisdom has become instinct.

They don’t make many 'mistakes'—not because they’re perfect,

But because they don’t lie to themselves.

And if they ever pivot, it’s because they move with truth so deeply that even their mistakes refine them.

Those are the rare ones, yet, most of them here don't realize something:

At this point, you’re not consuming—you've chosen paralysis. Waiting for the right time? There is no ‘right time’ for truth. Truth doesn’t wait for you. It either refines you—or it leaves you behind.

But the rest of you? You already know which category you’re in.

You already know how this ends for you in this world and after going 6 ft under. We are all on borrowed time in this backtrack of reality. Your place is already set here and there (you know where).

You move, Or you sit there, addicted to the truth you refuse to act on,

Until it suffocates you endlessly while you feel the weight of every airless breath.

After that, even God won't have your excuses coming His path. You will be left to your echo for what your hands have earned. You know, I don't even have to tell you, but here's the thing...reminder benefits those who know the truth.

Clarity is Expensive. Can You Afford It?

Everyone wants truth—

until it demands everything from them.

Reality check: Alignment will strip you down to nothing before it gives you everything.

People think clarity is just “seeing things as they are.”

No. Clarity is surviving what most people run from.

I am currently homeless and back in NYC (yet I still look fucken wealthy...I swear, it's no matter what I'm going through 🤦‍♀️😭😂). Not because I failed—but because I refuse to fail in the only way that matters. I could have chosen comfort. I could have stayed in spaces that didn’t align and continued to deteriorate.

But that’s not how reality works.

You don’t get to “sort of” follow truth.

You don’t get to “halfway” align.

It’s all or nothing.

Most people break under the weight of facing themselves. Most people crack before the test is even over. That’s why most people never actually live.

Clarity will cost you everything before it rewards you with more than you ever imagined.

Most won’t make it through that process.

The question is: Will you?

If you’re serious about clarity and alignment at a leadership level, message me directly. If it aligns, I’ll respond with my number for a real conversation. No nonsense.

For the Owners, VPs, Directors, CXOs, and Partners watching—I still see you.

I’m in a generous state. Ask for advice—free of charge.

You will never get anything like this in this generation. Unless you ask God to let you live into the next century. Maybe—just maybe—He'll create someone of a similar caliber.

You might not realize (but let's stop the shitting, you know you did realize, you're just burying it inside yourself), the game of life was rigged from the start.

The only way to win is to stop playing.

The Truth About Free Will

People think free will means having endless choices.

It doesn’t.

There’s only ever one real choice—

Accept what you were made to be (a slave like all the other slaves in this world), or spend your life fighting it.

Don't pretend like you don't know what I'm talking about. You do.

If you align, everything aligns with you.

If you resist, everything resists you.

That’s not control. That’s not power. That’s self-destruction.

Free will isn’t about choosing whatever you want.

It’s about choosing what was always meant to be chosen.

And if you think there’s another option—

you’re already wrecking yourself.

Every misalignment, every resistance, every struggle—it was all just trying to control. And controlling is the only actual misalignment in existence.

That’s why creation reacts the way it does. That’s why the Earth, the skies, the trees, even things people don’t think are alive, all react to alignment or misalignment. Everything in existence is just doing what it was created to do, and humans—who are supposed to do the same—are the only ones who try to fight it. The only choice humans have is to accept their reality or refuse it.

Everything else is just the consequences of that one decision.

Creation reacts to true alignment. Because true alignment is the only thing that doesn’t try to interfere, control, or resist. It just is. And everything in existence recognizes what just is.

The Difference Between Kindness and Niceness

Niceness is a performance.

It’s surface-level. It’s low-risk, low-investment, low-commitment.

It’s what people do when they want to feel good about themselves without actually being good.

Kindness is different.

Kindness costs something.

Kindness means showing up even when it’s inconvenient.

Kindness is rooted in truth, not appearances.

And most people are not kind.

They are nice.

Alignment is seamless. Effortless. Frictionless.

It’s as natural as breathing, as automatic as blinking.

The second you have to think, pause, or “consider”—that’s already proof it’s off.

Not necessarily bad, just not the highest efficiency path.

I'm in a taxi, you say hello, I don't even register. Why? Not only because you suck, but because you're wasting oxygen.

Go become aligned (YOU'RE WELCOME)-
