When you subconsciously internalize others’ praise or criticism, you unknowingly tether your self-worth to their words.
Some people praise carelessly. Others criticize reflexively. The key is to discern whose words carry truth and whose don’t—and to separate yourself from it.

Healing doesn’t matter; rebuilding is.
Pain must be felt fully.

Resilience begins when ‘grieving’ finishes shattering you.
You will most certainly still hurt, but it’s a different kind of pain before you begin to stabilize into the new structure just built from the shattered material.
